Effortless Installation: Secure the lamp holders with ease and ensure the safety of connectors. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: 1. Operational Conditions: A. Maintain relative air humidity below 95%. B. Ensure the environment is free from flammable, explosive, corrosive gases, and conductive dust. C. Avoid any violent impacts or vibrations. D. Voltage should not exceed 1.1 times the rated value and must be effectively grounded. E. Insulation Resistance should be ≥ 1MΩ with a Dielectric strength of 2KV/1min. 2. Positioning: The electric heating pipe must be securely positioned and fixed, typically using metal and ceramic pipe clamps aligned with porcelain seats. For operating temperatures above 200°C, use high-temperature wire and screw connections rated for 400°C or more. 3. Quartz Glass Handling: Recognize the brittleness of quartz glass. During installation and usage, prioritize safety and tailor protective measures according to the specific conditions of the heated object, thus preventing mechanical damage.
